When I reflect on who my greatest motivators were, I would have to dedicate that title to both of my parents and their influence on me as I grew up. My mom, functioning as a single mother, worked diligently to provide for us kids and to make sure we always had a roof over our heads. Likewise, my father taught me the importance of being responsible and persevering through tough times. I carried these values with me into adulthood where I became an expert problem solver.
Now, I am the proud owner of a Warranty Administrative Services company designed to help manufacturers and dealerships in obtaining fully paid claims.
My journey in this industry began in 2005 when I started working for Capitol City Nissan. It was here where I worked my way up and accepted a position as a Warranty Administrator. I became known for my work and ability to solve dealerships’ problems while helping them get their claims paid.
Star Premier Warranty was conceptualized and implemented when I realized the Warranty Administrative Services I was giving to one company could be used to assist others as well. Here at Star Premier Warranty, it is my consistent goal to offer my clients complete Warranty Administrative Services while also providing them protection and expertise upon experiencing an audit.
When I am away from the office, I enjoy relaxing by reading a good book, playing golf and even participating in watersports. Even when I am not working, I often find myself researching the industry to ensure I am remaining up to date so I may provide each of my clients the best service and results utilizing today’s best practices.
