Our Warranty Claims Administrators go through yearly certification by auto manufacturers to make sure they’re current on each car maker’s warranty claims requirements. The claims field is dynamic, especially in the current business climate, so our “continuous improvement” approach is important.

Our Administrators do additional continuing education via online and in person seminars and conferences so they not only understand manufacturer requirements, but also can analyze claims data and provide your dealership with “deep dive” information into your claims data.
